WHY CHOOSE CFD Coaching

I have benefited from working with an array of coaches and managers, throughout my time at Manchester City, Cardiff City and my non-league career. Each manager and coach gave me different insights and challenged my thought process, which has had a huge impact on coaching education and helped shape my coaching style.

I strongly believe that enjoyment should be the main focus of each session. With that in mind, each session is individually tailored to challenge the players, aiming to improve their technical, tactical and psychological ability whilst ensuring they love each session they attend.

Each session is delivered with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism, making sure that we keep a level of consistency to reach personalised targets. I am based in Weston-super-mare but travel to all areas of Somerset to deliver sessions.

Experience

In 2022, I made the decision to stop playing full time football in the National League, instead moving to a part time playing playing contract to pursue full time coaching. As a result, I signed with Dartford FC in the National League South and became a U17 coach at Bromley FC.

Within my two years at Bromley FC, I was promoted to Lead U17 coach and then again to Lead U18 coach for my second season. Working across both the U17 and U18 age groups within an academy of 250 players, allowed me to gather a wealth of experience, opportunities to work with a variety of players at different levels of development, daily challenges of managing different personalities and most importantly, to develop my coaching style.
